• Just say Hello

• Tell Him you would like to get to know Him.

• Ask Him to reveal Himself to you

• Then open your eyes to see how he does it

He has many ways to connect with you – here are a few

     • Burning questions you just need to explore
       • Who is God? Does he really love me?
       • Why am I here?  What is my purpose?
       • What happens to me when i die?
       • Will I ever see my family and friends again after they die?
       • I try to lead a good life…is that enough to get into heaven?
       • Why do bad tings happen to good people?
       • I’ve made some bad decisions – Am i going to hell?
       • Why do a keep making bad decisions? Am i a bad person?
     • Quiet thoughts encouraging you in the right direction
       • Helping you learn more about Him and His kingdom
       • Helping you make good decisions and avoid bad ones
       • Helping you find ways to be helpful to others
       • Helping you notice Loud Nagging Negative thoughts which are not from Him
  2. Feelings in your Heart
     • Yearnings
       • A need to connect to a higher purpose: Why am I here?
       • A need to understand your destiny: what happens when I die?
       • A desire to do something really useful
     • Disappointment
       • Recognition that choices you made caused harm to others.
     • Fulfillment
       • Satisfaction when you did something and it really helped someone
       • Warmth when you notice His love already acting in your life
       • Warmth when you recognize someone doing an unselfish act from a Love of others
  3. Things happening at just the right time
     • He will put people into your life to help you, they may already be there
     • He will present opportunities for you to make good decisions
     • How did you meet your best friends? get your best jobs?
• Pay Attention
  • He is always trying to help you and show you the right path
  • You need to tune in to the signals to receive them
    • What are the quiet thoughts in you mind saying
    • What are the feelings deep in your heart
    • What are the coincidences that created goodness in your life

Example Prayer

 Hello Jesus, this is me,  I don’t know a lot about you, and I sure don’t know you very well.  I would like to get to know you a little better.  People say you are really smart, maybe you can help me figure out how to make better decisions. People say you are really powerful, maybe you can help me get out of some of the mess I have made, or help me overcome this situation I am stuck with.  There is a lot of confusion in the world about religion;  so many haters and so many religious zealots; so many different religious groups with very different rules, they cant all be right. I just want to know that you are real and get to know you a bit better. If you are already here with me, please show me. Help me see you in my thoughts. Help me feel you in my heart.  Help me see you in action around me. If there is someone you put here who is supposed to help me learn about you, please help me recognize them. If I can see that you are real, maybe I can spend a little more time getting to know you. And maybe then you can help me sort out some of this religious confusion.  Thanks, Me.
